The Remedy Steering Committee (a sub-committee of the DCSMT) brings together the major campus areas using Remedy to ensure the product meets customer support needs and end-user needs. It also tries to help prioritize issues since the product continually grows. The committee does not maintain a set schedule--we meet as members dictate to resolve outstanding issues.
