CAS Information Technology Services (CAS ITS) supports software installation/maintenance and the Microcomputer Maintenance Shop (MMS) repairs Dell/Apple computer hardware. Therefore, to maximize your productivity and convienence, please:
- Contact CAS ITS before buying unsupported or unrecommended equipment.
- Before calling MMS for hardware repairs, you should contact CAS ITS. Most of the time CAS ITS solves problems over the phone and, if appropriate, refers hardware repairs to MMS.
